Rob Lowein is the Director of Technical Operations at EAC Network Solutions, having joined the company in September 2019. Bringing extensive technical experience and a practical approach to problem-solving, Rob quickly moved into a leadership role where he now oversees the day-to-day technical operations that underpin EAC’s managed services.

Rob plays a key role in ensuring the engineering team and technical processes run efficiently while continuously evolving to keep pace with changing technologies and the ever-growing cybersecurity threat landscape. He is also passionate about working closely with clients on their own IT strategies, helping organisations align technology with their growth plans, operational objectives, and security requirements.

Since joining EAC, Rob has become a trusted mentor to many members of the technical team, supporting engineers as they develop their skills and progress in their careers while maintaining the high standards of service EAC is known for.
Outside of work, Rob enjoys keeping colleagues guessing by skilfully evading the long-running office question about his age. When he’s not deep in technology discussions, he’s usually happy to enjoy a relaxed chat over a beer.
