Ben Hammond is the CEO and co-founder of EAC Network Solutions, a managed IT services provider he helped establish in 2005. With a background rooted in networking and cybersecurity, Ben spent the early years of the business leading technical delivery across infrastructure, security, and complex IT transformation projects for organisations that depend on reliable technology.

Over the past decade, Ben has taken an increasingly strategic role in guiding the company’s direction, helping EAC evolve into a trusted technology partner for schools, charities, and growing businesses. In 2025, he transitioned from Technical Director to CEO, allowing him to focus fully on driving the company’s long-term vision and growth.

Ben is particularly passionate about how well-designed IT strategy, fully managed services, and digital transformation can unlock productivity and resilience for organisations. Through his writing and leadership at EAC, he shares practical insights on how businesses can use technology more effectively to achieve their goals.

Outside of work, Ben is married to Ros and is a proud father of three children. Recently he has embraced a growing passion for physical challenges as part of a personal mission to get fit before turning 50, often setting himself ambitious goals that push him well outside his comfort zone.
